• Coordinates the accommodation in Singapore and all other operational processes with overseas program manager

• Provides customer support for all customer enquiries

• Able to work remotely

Requirements:

• Based in Singapore

• Fluent with local language (depending on the country you are based in) and English, both verbal and written

• Friendly, likes problem solving, has strong crisis management and organizational skills

• Bonus if you have customer service experience
