Job Scope:

• Coordinates the student visas, air tickets and all other operational processes

• Collects deposit for the program and takes charge of finances

• Provides customer support for all customer enquiries

• Able to work remotely

Requirements:

• Based in either of these countries: Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Thailand, Mongolia, China

• Fluent with local language (depending on the country you are based in) and English, both verbal and written

• Friendly, likes problem solving, has strong crisis management and organizational skills

• Bonus if you have customer service experience
